Dolphins in Treaddur Bay

by Barry Evanson
(Crewe)

Image our delight today, when sitting on Treadour Bay beach we noticed a dolphin very close to shore leaping in and out of the waves.

It was then joined by several others who stayed for over ten minutes!

Everybody on the beach was delighted at this wonderful surprise.

Thanks Barry for this contribution. You were very fortunate that the dolphins came in so close. Please see the other articles in this section, with photos.

The main article was based on a trip in November 2008 aboard the Seekat to observe dolphins and porpoises off Point Lynas and Amlwch Port, north Anglesey.
