Nuclear Power Vital for Survival of Life as we know it

As an inhabitant of Anglesey I believe we need the new power station to sustain the local economy.

But on a broader theme, nuclear energy is vital to human life as we know it.

Yes, there are concerns with disposal of waste, but these concerns pale into insignificance in comparison to how fossil fuel has affected our health and that of our planet.

Certainly renewable energy must also play a part, but at present it cannot perform more than a minor role in our fuel needs.

If further nuclear output is not addressed soon, then our survival on our planet is in severe jeopardy.

Tara, agree with your argument. Nuclear energy is clean and helps keep the lights on.
