Date: Saturday, 21 November 2009
Time: from 2.00 pm

Stalls to include valley wood craft, splash hand painted glass, christmas plants, jumble, fresh local produce,cakes, rickshaw handbags and clothing, tombowler, guess the weight of the cake, pony rides weather permitting,second hand book stalls, everybody welcome refreshments available.

having read the current inspection report and general recent local opinion your establishment leaves a lot to be desired. Have you seen the recent programme focusing on private care in Wales? Compared to Bryn Mel this establishment seemed adequate!

Whos going to be looking after the residents, while the staff are made to look after the fair?You should pay more attention to residents and staff needs ! you need to pay more than the minimun wage, that way you will keep your staff more than a week. Manager needs to go on a customer service course.

Judging by the CSSIW inspection report and complaints listedf, perhaps you should concentrate on looking after the residents you have.
