Anglesey Treasure Hunt Competition

Welcome to Anglesey Informer Treasure Hunt. This is the first of a series of competitions on Anglesey Today, each with an exciting prize for the winner.

The Prize for April is a set of garden table and wooden chairs kindly donated by Homebase who recently opened their new store in Holyhead.

APRIL COMPETITION

So let's get started! Here is your FIRST clue:

"On this Anglesey beach you will find the Millenium Cross, dedicated to Saint Ffraid."

Find the above clue (in green) which forms the FIRST letter in the mystery word.

Competition Rules

1) There are nine statements which give clues as to where you will find each piece of the jig-saw that forms the secret word.

2) Each player takes the clue and uses either the left-hand navigation bar buttons on every page or they can use the search box near the bottom of most pages.

(Remember, if you use the Search button, first click the radio button for www.anglesey-today.com - this will give you results for this site only - which is what you need to get the answers.)

3) When you land on the correct page you will find a clue - a capital letter in (S) Green. Write this down on a piece of paper. As you go from clue to clue you will collect all NINE letters.

Next to the green letter will be the statement for the next clue.

Remember, they are NOT in any order but there will be a clue to help you on the final page.

4) When you have all the letters and the mystery word you believe is correct, send your answer using the form below.

5) All correct answers will be entered in a draw to be made on the 1st May 2007. The winner will be notified by e-mail by Sue from Anglesey Informer, and posted here (but only with the winner's permission).
