Enjoy a Christmas Dinner at the recently refurbished Bull Bay Hotel, near Amlwch. We have a three course meal in our restaurant and are now taking Christmas bookings with a free bottle of wine for all parties of four.

Spiced Carrot and Butternut Squash Soup
Home cured Salmon Gravlax with Citrus Salad
Duck Liver Pate with Red Onion Marmalade and Toasted Brioche

Roast Turkey with all Trimmings
Pan Fried Fillet of Turbot on a bed of Leek Champ with a Mussel and Butter Sauce
Homemade Vegetarian Nut Roast and all trimmings

Desserts

Chocolate Roulade with Fresh Cream
Christmas Pudding and Brandy Sauce
Selection of Welsh Cheeses, Water Biscuits and Chutney
