Llanddona Self Catering Holiday Cottage

Would you like to stay on a traditional self-catering Anglesey farmhouse at Llanddona near Beaumaris?

Open all year round, Yr Orsedd is a working farm about two miles from the historic town of Beaumaris and within a short distance of the new Anglesey Coastal Path.

This self-catering holiday cottage can sleep 5 - 2 double bedrooms, one single - and one cot is also available if required. Bed linen is provided and there are laundry facilities as well as showers.

The cottage has three bedrooms, TV facility and is well furnished, with a wood burner or an electric fire if you don't want the hassle of lighting fires.

All rooms are fully carpeted and the toilet and bathroom are fully fitted and separate.

An extra charge is made for use of gas and electricity.

If you are a keen golfer or would like to enjoy horse riding, then this can be arranged. Private parking is available on the grounds, and there are two gardens, ideal for the children.

As this is a working farm, guests are welcome to walk in the fields, and watch the sheep, calves and hens being fed.

Nearby is the Blue Flag award winning Llanddona Beach with magical rock pools and magnificent sweeping sea views.

This self-catering holiday cottage has been awarded 4 stars by Visit Wales.

Rates are from GBP 250 to GBP495 weekly.

To get here from Beaumaris, take the B5109 road after the HSBC bank in the main street, go under the bridge and up a steep hill.

About 400 yards later, turn right at the junction following the sign for Llanddona.

About 2.5 miles later turn right to enter Yr Orsedd holiday cottage, the last farm before you enter the village.

If you pass a telephone box and bus shelter it means you have gone too far, but don't worry, you won't have to face the Llanddona witches!
