Coasteering

Anglesey's Countryside and AONB Service, along with Plas Menai Watersports Centre have organised a day of coasteering in Anglesey's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Coasteering involves traversing along the bottom of a sea cliff and jumping into the water, wearing specialist gear.

The aim of the day is to provide people with the chance of experiencing the natural beauty of the coastline from a different perspective, whilst also having some great fun getting pretty wet.

The event will be held on Saturday 20th September 2008 from 9am. The cost is £15 per person.
Minimum age of participants ofr this events is 14.

This water based activitiy requres a good level of fitness, but no prior experience, only a willingness to get wet and have fun.
